By enhancing your organization’s knowledge of diversity issues, understanding of diverse communities, and how policies impact them, we will help your programs and products reach new levels of success.
Codices Consulting is guided by the belief that each individual is on their own journey of understanding and appreciating diverse cultures. We will not fault a person or organization for where they are and will always celebrate a step taken to grow in understanding and advocacy.
Codices Consulting is also guided by the principle that journeys are taken one step at a time. While work on an organization’s products can be crafted to meet the needs of the target audience expediently, internal work is paced by an organization’s current situation. Codices Consulting will consider this when working with a group on internal culture.
