Notley Tide provides and sustains funding, new donor engagement, and capacity building resources for racial justice-focused nonprofits. We achieve this in partnership with our community of monthly givers and corporate partners who commit to engage with racial justice on an ongoing basis, not just when it’s trending.

Our vision is a world free of racism. We recognize the enormity of this vision and how racial injustice is rooted deep within our systems. That is why we identify nonprofits that advance racial justice from a variety of avenues, from police brutality to voter suppression, and provide them with the support they need to sustain and scale their impact. 100% of donations from individual donors goes directly to the racial justice-focused nonprofits Tide supports.

Notley Tide also helps companies take a holistic approach to advancing racial justice not only externally in the ways you engage with the broader community but also internally in the way you build a more inclusive employer brand and a more engaged workplace culture.
